Codee Myers

Mental Performance Coach

Codee Myers is a Mental Performance Coach serving in Ankeny, IA, and its surrounding areas. She graduated with her BA in Psychological Sciences from William Jewell College and went on to pursue her MA in Sport Psychology from National University. As a former Division II Women’s basketball player, she wholeheartedly believes athletes cannot reach their optimal athletic performance without mental training. Learning, understanding, practicing, and becoming consistent with mental training is crucial to an athlete’s overall success. “An athlete without mental coaching is like an athlete without a weight room.”

Alongside mental performance coaching, Codee coaches high school girls’ basketball at Ankeny High School. She values how both coaching and mental performance go hand in hand. Codee’s education, collegiate athletic career, and coaching experiences have provided her the appropriate tools to bridge the gap in athletic performance.

Outside of mental performance coaching, Codee enjoys spending time with her family and friends, at the Lake of the Ozarks, and spoiling both her nephew, Maddox, and her mini golden doodle, Scout. She also enjoys staying active, shopping, reading, and watching Netflix!
